Volunteers are needed to set up the 160 Canada flags on Remembrance Day at 8am in the Prince George Civic Centre lobby and to take them down after the service.
Each flag identifies a fallen soldier from Afghanistan, and will line the street from the former Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43 to the Civic Plaza.
The Remembrance Day Service will be in the Civic Centre with everyone asked to be seated by 9am. The march to the cenotaph starts at 10:45 followed by two minutes of silence at 11am…
