My friend, colleague, and Prince George broadcasting icon, Mike Benny passed away Thursday morning. His family suggests in lieu of flowers he would appreciate a donation to BC Cancer Society or Prince George Hospice House.

I moved up here three years ago and I only listen to your station. So I have listened to Mike and he was amazing, funny and very real.
He will be missed.
