On Friday, Wessex Auction Rooms will auction off the track “I Do Believe I Love You.” The demo was recorded back in 1966, when Bowie was signed to Orbit Music as a songwriter. A London-based seller ended up finding it in their back catalog, and now it will be auctioned off with several other rare Bowie items, including a signed copy of Bowie’s 1970 LP “The Man Who Sold The World.” The “I Do Believe I Love You” demo is expected to fetch up to about $6,400.
