Graham Nash is releasing an anthology of his career called “Over the Years” That’s 5o years! It’s coming out June 29th and will feature a ton of songs from his ‘vault.’ Wendy and I played a clip of his acoustic demo of ‘Teach Your Children.’ Click the pic for more including a clip of the song from Rolling Stone.
We also played a clip of the dance remix of Paul Simon’s album “Graceland.” Sorry but not much of a fan. But we all have different tastes. Have a listen for yourself. The whole album has been remixed by dance music artists and DJs. And…it’s number 3 on “Billboard’s” Dance/Electronic Album Sales chart. So whadda I know. And the Foo Fighters and Guns N’ Roses have kissed and made up. They did have a bit of a feud in the 90’s but recently they’ve been buddy buddy. Both Dave Grohl and Axl Rose have broken bones while on tour. Grohl used a specially made chair to continue touring then gave it to Axl so he could continue his GN’R tour. Axl said thanks by inviting him on stage for the song “Paradise City.” Grohl also brought Axl on stage to perform with him. Check it out below. It’s nice when the kids get along. -Doug Jones
