AC/DC‘s Malcolm Young has died.
AC/DC guitarist Malcolm Young said as long as the songs kept coming, AC/DC would be there to play them. Young Young had to drop out of daily activities with the band three years ago while he dealt with dementia. AC/DC confirms Young died peacefully over the weekend atthe age of 64. It’s been a tough month for the Young family lately. Their older brother, guitarist George Young of The Easybeats, died less than a month ago. Click the pic for more from Rolling Stone.
Gene Simmons has been a frequent guest on Fox News and their various platforms. Not anymore, though. According to The Daily Beast, the KISS rocker has worn out his welcome after he unbuttoned his shirt and made lewd comments. Simmons allegedly yelled “sue me, ladies!” as he exposed his chest and stomach. He also told Michael Jackson pedophilia jokes, and “bopped” two employees on the head with his book that he’s promoting, “On Power.” After his actions we reported, Simmons was banned. “I have appeared frequently over the years on various Fox News and Fox Business programs and have a tremendous amount of respect for the talented women and men who work there,” Simmons says in response to the incident. “While I believe that what is being reported is highly exaggerated and misleading, I am sincerely sorry that I unintentionally offended members of the Fox team during my visit.”
U2‘s new song, “American Soul,” may sound familiar to Kendrick Lamar fans. While the rapper makes a short cameo at the start of the band’s version of the song, Bono‘s lyrics from the tune also already appeared on “XXX,” a song off Lamar’s album, “Damn.” “American Soul” is off U2’s upcoming “Songs of Experience,” which is set to hit stores on December 1st. This song was a big winner at the American Music Awards last night so here’s the video. It won another award for Canada’s Justin Beiber who collaborated on the song.
