Wendy and I were talking about the Calgary power outage. Thousands without power for days, and we started thinking we should get ready in case it happens to us especially during winter. Wendy would prefer a firefighter come over help her put an emergency package together but if you don’t have that option click on the Canadian Red Cross for some lists of what you should have handy. Or do what Wendy plans to do, call a firefighter to come over and show you his package so you know what to put into yours.
