Canadians are rallying together in advance of Canada Day to get Jimmy Kimmel – one of America’s most beloved talk show hosts – to drink our national cocktail, the Caesar in celebration of our country’s 149th birthday. On May 19th, National Caesar Day, MR MIKES SteakhouseCasual issued a Caesar Challenge video to Jimmy Kimmel and in just three weeks, over a million Canadians have already heeded the challenge and viewed the video on Facebook, YouTube and other social media channels. Participation has ranged from watching the challenge video (below), sending postcards to Jimmy Kimmel via the www.clamup.ca website, face swapping with Jimmy on Snapchat and even tweeting Jimmy Kimmel directly to rally him to drink the Caesar on Canada Day. With only two weeks remaining in the campaign, Canadians can join the movement to get Jimmy Kimmel to drink our Caesar by watching the video and filling out an online postcard to Jimmy at www.clamup.ca or by following along on social media using the hashtag #CaesarChallenge.
