The Doobie Brothers have announced the release of their new album “LIBERTÉ.” It’s their 15th full-length album. John Shanks produced and co-wrote it. He’s worked with Bon Jovi, Sheryl Crow, and Miley Cyrus. The album features 12 songs from Tom Johnston, Pat Simmons and John McFee.Plus, The Doobie Brothers have dedicated a special self-titled 4-track EP for their fans which is available to stream. All this as they get ready to head out on their 50th anniversary tour.
As fans anticipate their “End of the Road” bye-bye tour, KISS announces a Las Vegas residency. Gene kinda dropped that they’re doing a gig in Vegas beginning December 27th at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood, running into the new year. It’s not official yet so tickets aren’t available.
Carlos Santana has signed with BMG, to put out his album “Blessings and Miracles.” Steve Winwood will be one of the guests on the new album and the debut single drops later this month. The tour starts in September.
