Along with a 6.5% increase in premiums there are some changes at ICBC. Basically drivers will carry the responsibility of their crashes with them. 75% of your premium is based on your driving record and 25% is based on the other drivers listed that will be driving your vehicle…oh right…you have come up with list other people that are going to be driving your vehicle.
