Paul McCartney didn’t hold back in a new interview with “GQ,” opening up about his wild sexcapades during The Beatles heyday, which, believe it or not, included a group masturbation session with band mate John Lennon and three friends.

“What it was, was over at John’s house, and it was just a group of us,” the 76-year-old rock legend tells the mag. “And instead of just getting roaring drunk and partying—I don’t even know if we were staying over or anything—we were all just in these chairs, and the lights were out, and somebody started masturbating, so we all did.”

If that’s not crazy enough, Sir Paul shares that the group then began shouting out names to help move things along. “We were just, ‘Brigitte Bardot! Whoo!’ And then everyone would thrash a bit more,” he said, although Lennon chimed in with Winston Churchill which wasn’t exactly helpful.

McCartney notes, “I think it was a one-off. Or maybe it was like a two-off. It wasn’t a big thing. But, you know, it was just the kind of thing you didn’t think much of. It was just a group.” He adds, “Yeah, it’s quite raunchy when you think about it. There’s so many things like that from when you’re a kid that you look back on and you’re, ‘Did we do that?’ But it was good harmless fun. It didn’t hurt anyone. Not even Brigitte Bardot.”

He shares a story of ordering two hookers while in Las Vegas. “I had them, and it was a wonderful experience. But that’s the closest I ever came to an orgy,” he says. “See, the thing is, in the next room I think the guys might have ordered something else off the menu. … it was all bacchanalian.”

As for rumors Lennon said he was Jesus Christ, McCartney notes, “I don’t remember that. I think I would have remembered that,” adding, “He was the kind of guy that could do that. I don’t remember him actually ever doing it.”

While Paul and John were on good terms before John’s death, Paul does have at least one regret. “I was very lucky because before he died we had a good relationship, so I think it would have just got better and better as we matured,” he shares. “I probably would have been able to tell him what a fan of his I was now. These days, I can tell everyone else, and I think I would have been able to tell him now.”

Kanye West almost produced McCartney’s latest album “Egypt Station.” “[Kanye West] did very kindly offer to produce this album,” he shared. “And then I thought, no, I kind of knew what direction I wanted to go in. And I knew that would be very different from where Kanye would go with it.”

Sammy Hagar is getting ready to release what says will likely be his last album. The record, “Space Between,” is expected out possibly in January, and it will be released under the name of his current band, Circle, which features Van Halen bandmate Michael Anthony, Jason Bonham and Vic Johnson.

“It’s about the misconception that money is the root of all evil, because the truth of the matter is, that it isn’t money at all,” he tells the “Broward Palm Beach New Times,” about the themes of the record. “You can feed the poor, you can heal the sick, you can make people happy, you can stop a war with money, but it’s greed that is the problem. … It’s what I discovered by being both rich and poor.” He adds, “the most important thing is giving love. Without it, we’re f**ked.”

Sammy says his dream would be to win a GRAMMY with his final record. “That’s my bucket list: to have one more credible musical experience in my life,” he says. “I think I did it, and I hope it’s as good as I think it is. I’ve been double-parked in the rock ‘n’ roll business for 40 years, and I want a stamp on my validation so I don’t have to pay to get out.”

There’s no questioning that the 80s were a different time when it comes to how women were treated in and outside of rock n’ roll songs. In a recent interview, Slash considers the Guns N’ Roses catalog and how it fits into modern-day politics.The guitarist admits that some of their songs could be seen as problematic, as were many of the lyrics of their peers’ songs at the time, but it doesn’t necessarily reflect their behavior. “We didn’t have that particular [predatory] relationship with girls,” he recalls. “Some of the songs and all that were sort of sexist in their own way, but not to be taken that seriously.”Slash adds that the rise of such political and social movements can have an effect on the music being put out, especially by younger generations. “I think trying to figure out how to have the attitude in your music is probably difficult for a lot of young bands because now it’s about politics again,” he says. “So we’ll see what that turns into.”

Joan Jett and the Blackhearts are back with a new single, “Fresh Start.” The track was recorded exclusively for the soundtrack of her upcoming documentary “Bad Reputation.”

This is Jett’s first release since 2013, and it’s a personal one too. Talking to “Entertainment Weekly,” the rocker says it’s all about finding inspiration as an aging rock n’ roll singer.

“Sometimes you need to say to yourself, ‘Am I still enjoying what I’m doing? I need to find the fire again,” she explains. “As rock and rollers get older, what do they write about? I’m not sure there’s an answer but we’re looking for it.”

“Bad Reputation” hits theatres on September 28th, and tickets are available HERE. The soundtrack will be released the same day, available for pre-order on Amazon. Fans can catch Jett live on September 15th in Pomona, California at the Los Angeles County Fair along with Cheap Trick.
