C’mon. This is the worlds ugliest!? She drools and there’s that tongue but is she really that ugly? It’s your call. The World’s Ugliest Dog contest was Saturday in Petaluma, California. Zsa Zsa here won and took home $1,500. Apparently the dogs were judged on personality, not just looks.
