Today is the Big Ball Showdown. Doug & Catherine both made meatballs with sweet & sour sauce using listener Shannon’s recipe as a base and this morning they got two celebrity judges to decide who’s balls are best. Mike & Char from 101.3 The River. They came up with a split decision so Vilma jumped in and became our…wait for it….Ball Breaker! With her deciding vote she chose…Doug’s balls and the tastiest. We’d love to share the recipe but he said he tossed in a bunch of stuff he found on the shelf on his fridge door. Oh and he subbed in bran because he was too lazy to make bread crumbs. Here’s Vilma with the deciding vote.
The city is encouraging residents to get a water meter to help them conserve water so there will be enough left over to water the streets at night.
