Ariana Grande has decided to put her tour on hold. Grande’s concert in Manchester, England, on Monday was the site of a suicide bombing that killed 22 people. She was supposed to perform in London today and tomorrow, but those shows will not happen. She’s also cancelled shows in Belgium, Poland, Germany and Switzerland. Her next concert is June 7 in Paris. Grande’s management says in a statement they support the city of Manchester and all the families “affected by this cowardice and senseless act of violence.” The statement adds, “Our way of life has once again been threatened but we will overcome this together.”
When Queen’s Brian May dropped his new book, “Queen In 3D,” he did an exclusive with a reporter from “The London Sunday Times” and signed a release granting the use of certain photos from the book. The resulting article, though, missed the mark entirely. And May’s pissed. The guitarist says The Times used just two photos, “one of them reproduced not much bigger than a postage stamp”, and the rest were stock Queen photos taken from other sources.
