StubHub just announced their third-annual summer concert preview, which determines which concerts are the most in-demand and topping the list this year is U2, who just kicked off their “Joshua Tree” tour in Vancouver this weekend. U2 tickets outsell number two Ed Sheeran by 65% and they have fewer shows. They debuted a new song Friday in Vancouver and invited Eddie Vedder and the opening band Mumford and Sons for the closing song “Mothers of the Disappeared, in Seattle at their second show. Last year Brian Johnson had to pull out of AC/DC‘s “Rock or Bust” tour due to ear problems that would have left him deaf otherwise. Now, he’s made his return to the stage.
Johnson joined fellow special guest Robert Plant at Bad Company singer Paul Rodgers’ concert in Oxford, England. The trio sang “Money (That’s What I Want),” with each rocking taking his turn on vocals before ultimately finishing the song together.
Todd Rundgren doesn’t think fans of President Trump should come to his shows. Ozzy Osbourne is letting a dog trainer turn four-acres of his family’s Buckinghamshire, England farm into a dog care center. Dog trainer Francesca Maddock is the woman behind the project and according to her proposal, Ozzy an Sharon have given their permission and would even use the center for their six dogs.
