They say Christmas day feasting can add up to 7,000 calories. Normally one consumes around 2,000 a day. Here are some ways you can ‘walk it off.’
Burn 7,000 calories by;
- Jog for 10 hours
- Walk for 41 hours
- Or sleep for 3 and a quarter days straight.
